Referrals, paid in coin

You send us people who buy servers. We pay you a share of what they spend, monthly, in the asset you nominate. The rules take two minutes to read and they are not changed retroactively.

01

What it pays

One rate for the first year and a smaller one for as long as the account keeps paying. No tiers to climb, no volume table, no quarterly target to miss.

Commission is calculated on the invoice total after any cycle discount and before tax.

01

First 12 months

20% of every invoice a referred account pays, renewals and upgrades and add-ons included. An annual plan pays 20% of the annual invoice at settlement rather than a twelfth of it each month.

02

After 12 months

8% for as long as the account stays active. It is a smaller number that never stops, and across three or four years it is where most partner earnings actually come from.

03

What counts as an invoice

Anything the account pays us: plans, add-ons, extra addresses, licences, and balance top-ups once they are spent on servers. Refunded invoices reverse out, which is what the holding period exists for.

04

What does not count

Your own accounts, accounts you administer for a client who found us independently, and any invoice raised before the referral was recorded against the account.

02

How tracking works without knowing who anybody is

A no-KYC host that installed a third-party tracker on its own front page would deserve everything that followed. Attribution here is deliberately dumb.

A referral link sets one first-party cookie holding a partner code and a timestamp. There is no identifier for the visitor, no fingerprint, no third-party pixel, and nothing that leaves our own domain. Where a visitor blocks it the referral is simply lost, and losing it beats building the alternative.

The window is 90 days, last touch. Once an account signs up inside that window the partner code is copied onto the account record and the cookie stops mattering, so a later browser wipe costs you nothing. From that point attribution is a column in a billing table and nothing more.

Partners see counts, not people. Your dashboard shows signups, active accounts, invoice totals and commission. It never shows an email address, a location or what anybody bought, and that restriction holds for partners who ask nicely.

03

What gets you removed

One warning for anything ambiguous. Nothing at all for the obvious ones.

Coupon and voucher sites

Listings that exist to intercept somebody already typing our name into a search box. There is no discount code to distribute in the first place, so a page promising one is lying to a customer we already had.

Bidding on the brand

No paid search on Paragon, paragonvps.com, misspellings of either, or the name plus a modifier. Rank for “no-KYC VPS” all you like. Buying our own name back from a search engine is not a referral, it is a tax.

Spam of any kind

Unsolicited email, forum and comment spam, mass direct messages, and posts in communities that did not ask. Immediate removal, and the unconfirmed balance is forfeited along with it.

Self-referral and fraud

Referring yourself through a second address, manufacturing signups that never pay, or attaching a code to an account you already control. All three are trivially visible in the billing data.

Misrepresenting what we sell

Do not promise bulletproof hosting, do not claim abuse complaints get ignored here, and do not invent specifications. A page saying something we would not say comes down before commission is paid.

Cloaking and forced clicks

Redirect chains, hidden frames, auto-opened tabs, extensions that rewrite links. A click the visitor did not choose to make is not a referral by any definition we recognise.

Everything on that list has happened at least once. The programme has run since 2021 and roughly one partner a year gets removed, always for something here rather than for volume.

Getting paid

  1. 01

    Apply with an email address

Same requirement as a customer account. Tell us in a sentence roughly where the traffic will come from. Most applications are approved inside a working day.

  2. 02

    Take your link

A code appended to any page on the site. Deep links work, so send people to the location index or a specific plan rather than the front page when that is what they asked about.

  3. 03

    Wait out the holding period

Commission confirms 30 days after the invoice settles, which covers the 7-day refund window with a wide margin. Confirmed balances are never clawed back afterwards.

  4. 04

    Get paid on the fifth

Payouts run monthly through OxaPay in the asset you nominate, once the confirmed balance reaches €100. Below the threshold it rolls forward, and nothing expires.

  5. 05

    Keep your own paperwork

We collect no tax details, file nothing with any authority, and do not know which jurisdiction you are in. What you owe on the payout is entirely yours to handle, which is the trade you made by being paid in coin.

Partner questions

Yes, provided the account is genuinely theirs and they pay their own invoices. If you want to own the account and bill them yourself, the reseller programme fits better and pays considerably more.

It reverses inside the holding period and never reaches a confirmed balance. After 30 days it is yours regardless of what the account does next.

A wordmark, a few static images, and nothing that phones home. No animated units, no scripts, and no widget pulling live pricing, because that would be a tracker with extra steps.

On generic terms, yes. Not on the brand, not on misspellings of it, and not on copy implying you are us. Send the campaign over first if you are unsure and you will get a straight answer.

No. Multi-level structures attract precisely the sort of traffic the rest of this page is written to avoid.

Ready when you are

Apply with one address

No contract to sign, no traffic minimum, no interview. Send a sentence about where your audience comes from and a code usually arrives by the next working day.
