What it costs, and what it costs later
The monthly figure on a plan is the whole monthly figure. What follows is the boring detail underneath it: how terms discount, what is bundled, what is genuinely extra, and why the refund works the way it does when the money arrives as coin.

Terms and what they save
Committing further ahead costs us less in provisioning, support and payment handling, so it costs you less too. That is the entire mechanism; there is no tier of service attached to it.
Discounts apply to the monthly rate. Nothing else changes with the term.
Buy monthly while you are guessing. The discount for two years is real money, and it is not enough money to justify locking in a machine that turns out to be the wrong shape in week six. We would rather have you on a monthly term for a quarter and then commit properly than argue about a partial refund in month four.
A longer term does not buy priority support, faster hardware or a better SLA. Those are the same for everyone, including whoever ordered the smallest plan on a monthly cycle ten minutes ago.

Moving up a plan mid-term credits the unused portion of what you paid against the new rate. Moving down waits for the end of the term, because otherwise the discount for committing would be a discount for nothing.
Included, and never billed
Everything here is part of the plan price. None of it appears as a line item later, and none of it is a promotional rate that quietly expires.

A routed IPv6 /64
On every instance, in every line, at every site. Routed to you rather than proxied, nothing to request and nothing to pay. A /48 for anyone subnetting behind the instance is a paid option, delegated properly.
Out-of-band console
Serial and remote video over an authenticated tunnel. It works when your network configuration does not, which is precisely when you need it, and it is not something we are prepared to sell back to you during an emergency.
DDoS filtering, permanently in path
Up to twelve terabits per second of scrubbing at the edge, always on. There is no attack-time button and no per-incident charge. Layer-seven rules with a human on the other end are a paid tier on top of this, not a replacement for it.
Snapshots on request
Ask before a risky upgrade or a migration and you get one at no cost. What is paid is the standing pack of slots you keep permanently for scheduled point-in-time images.
Rebuilds and reinstalls
Wipe and start again as often as you like. Change distribution twice in a week, replace a hypervisor, install from your own ISO. None of it costs anything and none of it requires an explanation.
Every image except Windows
Every prebuilt image in the catalogue, from Debian and Alpine through the BSDs to Proxmox on the larger tiers. Custom ISO uploads are free. Windows Server carries a licence fee because the licence itself is not ours to give away.
Reverse DNS, the panel and the API
Editable RDNS without a ticket. Full API access on every account, with no premium plan gating the endpoints that matter.
Support, at the same speed for everyone
Median first response of eleven minutes, measured across the last quarter at every hour of the day. There is no paid queue in front of the free one.
What genuinely costs extra
Add-ons are billed monthly alongside the plan, and every one of them is optional. Each exists because it consumes something real: an address, a drive, a port, or somebody’s time.
Short list, and it is the whole list.
Additional IPv4 addresses need a justification above four per instance. That is not a sales policy: address space is genuinely scarce, and the upstreams we get it from ask us the same question we are asking you. A sentence about what the addresses are for is normally the end of the conversation.
Nothing on this page bills by the gigabyte, by the request, by the API call or by the hour. If a cost is variable we would rather not sell it, because a variable invoice is a support ticket with a delay fuse attached.
Things that consume hardware
Additional IPv4 addresses, extra NVMe attached as a second block device, a dedicated forty-gigabit port at sites with the upstream capacity, and off-node backup to a different city. Each of these is a physical resource being reserved for you rather than a feature flag being toggled.
Things that consume our time
Managed hardening, where we build a baseline, patch it and tell you when it drifts. Layer-seven DDoS rules with a human on the other end during an attack. Both are people rather than software, which is why they are priced like people.
Things that are not ours to give
Windows Server licensing, billed monthly per instance at what it costs us. An IPv6 /48 delegation, which is priced to stop casual requests rather than to make money. Snapshot slots kept permanently, because they occupy separate storage indefinitely.
Unmetered, and what that means in numbers
Traffic is unmetered on every line. Unmetered is not infinite, so here is the number per port speed rather than a paragraph of adjectives about reasonable behaviour.
A fair-use figure you can read is a promise. One you cannot is a threat.
Those figures are outbound. Inbound traffic is not counted at all, which matters if you are running a backup target or pulling large datasets in. Traffic between two of our own sites crosses our backbone and is not counted either, so replicating to a second city costs you the second instance and nothing more.
Cross the figure consistently and you get an email suggesting a dedicated port arrangement. What you will not get is a throttle applied quietly, a suspension over a weekend, or an invoice with an overage line you did not know existed. Nobody has ever been billed for overage here, because there is no mechanism to do it.

Sustained line-rate traffic for an entire month is not fair use at any port speed. If that is genuinely your workload, say so before you order and we will quote a dedicated arrangement rather than let you discover the limit by hitting it.
The seven-day refund, paid in coin
Any first order can be refunded in full within seven days. Ask in a ticket, and the coin goes back to an address you nominate. Crypto makes the mechanics slightly unusual, so they are worth spelling out.
No reason required, no form, no retention conversation.
The seven days run from the first order on the account, not from every order. Renewals and additional instances are not refundable on the same basis, because at that point you have measured the service on real hardware and made a judgement. Genuine faults are a different conversation entirely and are handled as faults, whenever they occur.

Ask, in one line
A ticket saying you want the refund is enough. There is no form, no exit survey, and nobody whose job is to talk you out of it. Median first response is eleven minutes and refunds are usually approved in the first reply.

Nominate an address
We send it back in the asset you paid with, to an address you give us. We do not keep your payment addresses after settlement, which is why we have to ask rather than simply reversing the original transaction.

The amount is the amount you sent
You get back the quantity of the asset that was received, less the network fee to move it. If the price of that asset has moved since you paid, the value in euro has moved with it, in whichever direction the market chose. We are not a hedging counterparty.

It leaves the same day
Once approved, the transaction is broadcast the same working day. After that it is the chain’s business and not ours, and confirmation times vary by asset exactly as they did when you paid.

Or take it as balance
Credit on the account instead avoids the network fee and the price question entirely, and it is what most people choose when they intend to come back with a different plan.
Why there is no free trial
This is the most frequent request we decline, and the reasoning is worth having in public rather than repeated privately in a hundred tickets.
Free tiers and no-KYC sign-up cannot coexist. We chose the second one.
A free trial has to be rationed somehow, or it is simply free hosting for anybody with a script and a supply of email addresses. Every host that offers one rations it with identity: a card that passes a verification check, a phone number, a document, or a behavioural profile built from data we deliberately do not collect. Each of those is the thing we exist not to ask for.
The other rationing method is to make the free tier so small that abuse is not worth the trouble, which means an oversold fraction of a core on old hardware. We deleted exactly that product in 2021 and are not rebuilding it as a marketing exercise.
What we do instead is the seven-day refund. It is not a trial, it is better than one: you get real hardware in the real site with the real network, and you can undo the purchase without explaining yourself. The only cost is the network fee on the way back, and the attention it takes to run an honest test.

Questions about money
Prices are shown in euro excluding tax. Where tax applies to your order it is added at checkout and shown before you commit to anything. Nothing appears on an invoice that was not visible on the page you paid from.
No. Crypto only, settled through OxaPay, roughly thirty assets across the major chains. This is not a philosophical position. A card drags identity into the sign-up along with it, and the whole product depends on that not happening.
The invoice fixes an amount of the asset for a short window, with the network fee already accounted for. Pay inside the window and the invoice settles. Pay after it and the amount is recalculated, with any excess credited to your balance rather than kept.
Yes, and it is the sensible arrangement if you run several small instances. Pay once, spend it down against renewals, and stop watching the mempool every month. Balance is spendable on anything we sell and is not refundable to an address once it has been credited.
The instance is suspended, not destroyed. You get notice before it happens and a grace period afterwards, during which paying restores everything exactly as it was. After the grace period the volume is wiped, and at that point it is genuinely gone.
No, on any line, including bare metal. What you see on the plan is what the first invoice says, plus any add-on you deliberately chose and any tax that applies to you.
For volume across many instances, sometimes, and the conversation starts with a ticket describing what you actually need. For a single instance, no. The list price is already what we would quote you.
