Terms, policies and the SLA

Six documents, none of them longer than it needs to be. Together they say what we will do, what we will not do, and what happens when either of us gets it wrong.

The two worth reading before you buy are the acceptable use policy, which is specific about what may and may not run here, and the SLA, which states the uptime figure and how a credit is applied. The terms of service cover the commercial relationship, the privacy policy lists every field we store and for how long, the refund policy explains the seven-day window and how a crypto refund is executed, and the abuse page describes how a report is handled. None of them contradicts a claim made anywhere else on this site; if you find one that does, the document wins and we have a bug to fix.
