Europe is a hundred and eighteen milliseconds away, which is remarkably short for the distance, and Singapore is fifty-eight. Domestic Indian routing is uneven and depends heavily on which access network your users sit behind, so measure rather than assume.

The instance is subject to the law of the country it sits in, and complaints about it are handled under that law rather than under whichever regime the complainant would prefer.
