What is racked here
Zurich is the most expensive rack space we rent and we keep renting it because customers keep asking. Capacity is deliberately rationed, stock reads low most weeks, and we would rather turn an order away than oversubscribe the room. Ryzen, EPYC and bare metal. No GPU floor, and there will not be one.

Round-trip times
Switzerland is effectively a transit island: traffic enters and leaves through Germany, France and Italy, and none of those crossings is cheap. Peering inside the country is excellent and the domestic routes are short. International egress is where the Swiss premium actually shows up.
Thirty-day medians from our own probes to four reference hubs. Measured, not modelled, and they move when upstream paths do. Your own numbers will differ by a few milliseconds depending on how your traffic reaches the region.

Stock and lead time
In stock means the configurator is telling the truth and a standard build lands in under a minute. Low means the popular sizes are thin and a large order may want a day or two of notice. Ask support what is physically on the floor if the answer matters to your schedule.
Law that applies here
The instance is subject to the law of the country it sits in, and complaints about it are handled under that law rather than under whichever regime the complainant would prefer. We answer what we are legally required to answer and nothing beyond it, we notify you wherever notification is permitted, and what we are able to hand over is short because we hold very little. Read the acceptable use policy before you order if your content is the sort that attracts notices; it is two pages and it is specific.
